How to stop normalising generational curses, can we? | #DAS | Real Stories | Domestic Abuse Survivor

First of all, thank you so much to everyone who’s continuing to show me support, please know that you are not going unnoticed and I appreciate you so much. We are making serious waves, I promise I’ll be doing a video to tell all soon. I can imagine this one might piss you off a little, but it’s pissing me off a lot more. I shouldn’t have to fight so much to break a generational curse. Stop encouraging the wrong behaviours to be normalised. Start calling people out on things you don’t feel are right. You could be preventing them from worsening in their behaviour and treatment of others. You could be helping change the way someone behaves or thinks in the future. The more we ignore things and brush them aside, the worse it will be for our children to deal with. Don’t be a part of the problem, be the solution.

One voice can inspire a change. One voice can start a movement. Let my voice inspire you. I am with you, I stand by you, I will be your shield, I will not give up.
