How I am a year on from abuse. | #DAS | Domestic Abuse Survivor | Seek Me UK | Real Stories

I have actually waited for this day since last year and I can easily say now that I am so proud of myself for how far I have come. It’s not been an easy journey but I have realised, that to be able to healthily move on from these situations, you have to take further steps for your own mental health, before you take any steps to resolve any issues in your material life.

I have experience in so many different aspects of life that I have learnt exactly what I want and don’t want. People think this is an easy thing to comprehend but there are people who are so much older than me who haven’t got to this point yet. That’s not their fault, they are not being taught how to do so. They don’t have guidance on how to live a perfect life, they don’t have guidance on how to manage having a mental health illness and a stressful life at the same time. We have to be considerate of this. Stop looking down on others for their life being a certain way, start trying to uplift them and you’ll feel the difference in your own character in every bone in your body… Donate via GoFundMe or - links to all sites below to read my story: Buy merch: Watch Now: One voice can inspire a change.
